Simple, avocado-forward guacamole—just a few ingredients, done right.
Topia Guacamole
Serves ~4–6
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp finely diced red onion
- 1½ tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 medium lime)
- Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Finely dice the red onion.
- Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
- Mash to your preferred texture.
- Add onion and lime juice. Season with salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. Mix gently.
- Taste and adjust. Serve immediately, or chill briefly before serving.
To serve:
Serve with tortilla chips, or the way we do at Topia—with seed crackers and crudité. Pro tip: sliced jicama is my favorite. It lets you keep going without filling up on chips… and can easily turn a recipe for 4–6 into a serving for one.
