TOPIA RETREAT, WHERE NATURE MEETS NURTURE

Topia's Guacamole

Posted by Chelle Swierz on

Simple, avocado-forward guacamole—just a few ingredients, done right.

Topia Guacamole
Serves ~4–6

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp finely diced red onion
  • 1½ tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 medium lime)
  • Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Finely dice the red onion.
  2. Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  3. Mash to your preferred texture.
  4. Add onion and lime juice. Season with salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. Mix gently.
  5. Taste and adjust. Serve immediately, or chill briefly before serving.

To serve:

Serve with tortilla chips, or the way we do at Topia—with seed crackers and crudité. Pro tip: sliced jicama is my favorite. It lets you keep going without filling up on chips… and can easily turn a recipe for 4–6 into a serving for one.
