A delicious farm-to-table restaurant in the valley just north of Topia Retreat. Hierbabuena’s ingredients are sourced from their garden, and the fields surrounding the restaurant. They cook up a diverse selection of dishes on their daily menu, and mix fabulous craft cocktails as well. Put Hierbabuena on your list of must-eat places while visiting Pescadero, for their appetizing catch of the day, local organic meats, wood-fired pizza and more.
Noah Sushi
Where the food is always fresh and made with love, located in a hidden corner of Pescadero. This local seafood spot specializes in sushi, and other Japanese favorites. Noah Sushi maintains a clean, reputable standard and is well regarded in the community for preparing unique, robust flavors with every dish.
Palapa del Sabor
You can find the best authentic Mexican cuisine in Todos Santos at Palapa del Sabor. Recipes by the charismatic owner, Cristina, are packed with a creative flare that will leave you wanting more. Both wine and tequila tastings can be combined into a cooking class, to demonstrate the culinary delights of Mexico for your group! Amor d’Vino can also prestock your event for mimosa brunches and send you with tasty treats to take home.
Todos Santos Brewery
Located in Todos Santos, the Todos Santos Brewery features a wide range of hand crafted small batch beers both in their tap room, and to go. In addition to craft beers, they serve non-alcoholic artisanal sodas. All of the brewery’s artisanal beverages are made on-site, and they offer “Beer Education” sessions for groups as well. The Todos Santos Brewery has a restaurant with a creative menu that pairs perfectly with the flavors of their beverages.
Barracuda Cantina
This taco truck and cantina near the Cerritos Beach surf break brings the flavor and the flare. As seen on the Taco Chronicles on Netflix, Barracudas tacos shouldn’t be missed while visiting Baja Sur. Their ceviche is fresh and tasty, best paired with a creative craft cocktail made from local ingredients such as tamarindo, mango and chipotle chiles.
